Studio Policies 

  • Payments secure your spot.

  • No refunds once booked.

  • Children must be picked up on time.

  • No outside pain & materials unless approved.

Privacy Policy 

  • We respect your privacy.

  • Your information is only used for program registration, safety, or communication.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data.

Paint Party Policies

  • ​Minimum group size may apply 

  • Late arrivals reduce painting time 

  • No refunds 

  • BYOB allowed for adult groups 

  • Damage to property may result in additional fees.

Refund/Cancellation

  • 48hr notice required to reschedule.

  • No refunds on deposits or payments.

  • Weather related events will be rescheduled only

Kids/Teen Program Policies

  • Parents must complete registration forms.

  • Emergency contact required.

  • No drop-offs without check in.

  • No refunds for missed classes.

  • Behavior or safety issues must be discussed.

Respite & Creative Wellness  Policies

  • Intake/assessment required before services.

  • Parent/guardian must remain reachable during sessions.

  • Sessions require prior approval (OhioRise/Community.)

  • No walk in respite at this time.

  • Safety plans must be followed.
